Pur non presentando una lunghezza esagerata, è l'itinerario più difficile tra quelli proposti in questa raccolta e con il suo alternarsi continuo di salita e discese rappresenta la perfetta sintesi di questo comprensorio. Le salite di San Terenziano, Canalicchio, Casalalta e Collazzone contribuiscono ai 1000 m di dislivello del tracciato: davvero molti se si considera la lunghezza di soli 46,3 km. Per poterlo affrontare senza troppi patemi è necessario disporre di un buon allenamento e di rapporti adeguati. La partenza e l'arrivo del percorso sono fissati a Collazzone, caratteristico borgo umbro arroccato tra boschi di querce e pini in mezzo a vigneti e uliveti.

Although it does not present an exaggerated length, it is the most difficult route among those proposed in this collection and with its continuous alternation of uphill and downhill represents the perfect synthesis of this area. The climbs of San Terenziano, Canalicchio, Casalalta and Collazzone contribute to the 1000 m of altitude difference of the track: really many if you consider the length of only 46.3 km. To be able to face it without too much pathos it is necessary to have a good training and proper relationships. The start and arrival of the route are set in Collazzone, a characteristic Umbrian village perched among oak and pine woods in the middle of vineyards and olive groves.
